Building Healthy Workplace Cultures – October 27-28
Join us for two days of in-person inspiration, collaboration and learning!
The Bottom Line 2025 is about advancing psychological health and safety in the workplace by building a sense of community. Healthy workplaces do more than foster individual resilience – they ensure systems and policies promote healthy work relationships and environments. Our conference theme, Building Healthy Workplace Cultures, focuses on the power of connection and compassion in creating workplaces that protect and support mental health for all.
Together, we’ll take a deep dive into pressing issues, practical approaches and real experiences and expertise of workers and leaders across a range of sectors, roles and organizations. Join a community of workplace mental health champions, and gain inspiration and insights to lead meaningful change from within your organization.
