The rubber hits the road when an employee or colleague is going through a mental health crisis. This practical session will build your confidence responding to someone in distress and help you identify the warning signs of crisis.

Work can be an important part of recovery for people with a substance use disorder. Empowerment and increasing their levels of recovery capital can make long-term recovery an attainable reality.
