CMHA BC offers a suite of training and workshops to equip employees, managers, and organizations with the skills, knowledge and inspiration to advance psychological health and safety in their workplace. Psychological Health and Safety Supporter Training
half-day training | $300 per person
Build the skills and confidence to inspire action in your workplace! Learn how to recognize key factors, risks and opportunities in your workplace, as well as the role you can play in improving psychological health and safety in your workplace through this 3-hour interactive training.
You’ll receive an expert overview of the history, development and core components of the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety (The National Standard) – and its implications for workplaces. Using a case study approach, you’ll have the opportunity to practice making a case for and inspiring action toward improving psychological health in your workplace.

- Understand the legal and regulatory rights and responsibilities of employees and employers
- Review current evidence for the benefits of addressing psychological health and safety

Psychological Health and Safety Navigator Training
2-day training | $1250 per person
Interested in learning how to enhance recruitment, retention, and performance by making your workplace a better place to work? Our dynamic 21-hour training program provides an experiential learning opportunity to help you gain the tools and inspiration to transform your workplace!
You’ll build practical expertise on psychological health and safety, discover how to assess readiness for change, apply analytical tools, implement the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety (The National Standard), and develop a comprehensive, tailored Psychological Health and Safety Management System. Learn proven approaches to advance workplace mental health and explore key strategies to win buy-in from leadership.
