Each year, CMHA BC produces an annual report that outlines the year’s events, activities, achievements and challenges, as well as the outlook for the future. These reports are a great way to learn more about us and how we are making a difference.
Celebrating the 100th year of the Canadian Mental Health Association in Canada, this was a year of celebration, reflection and new beginnings.
We continued to GET LOUD for mental health by building connections with government, other organizations and with people in communities throughout BC.
Our services grew and flourished this year, from BounceBack coaching to Living Life to the Full. Confident Parents: Thriving Kids opened a new program for families with children experiencing anxiety.
Through our role with BC Partners for Mental Health and Substance Use Information we continued provide quality information to millions through the HeretoHelp.bc.ca website, information and referral service, Beyond the Blues events and Visions journal.
