This De-escalating Crisis at Work session is for all business owners, staff, and community in New Westminster.
Join this informative, one-hour online session for a great introduction to de-escalation tools, resources, and information. Our goal is to help you better understand crises and provide you with the knowledge to recognize and respond to conflict and difficult situations while working with the public e.g., challenging interactions with clients, a person in crisis, etc.
The session is facilitated by CMHA BC and includes a Q&A period.
