Online Mental Health Resources and Apps can be a big help in managing your mental health. In the last few years there has been an explosion of new apps, but some can do more harm then good. In this session our Talkers will explore what you need to know when assessing online resources and app.
Participants are invited to bring their devices and ask questions about apps they’re curious about. The panel will speak to a number of reputable apps for adults, youth and children.
